“This is not about freedom or personal choice, it’s about protecting yourself and those around you…” “My job as president is to protect all Americans”.

“This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated.” 

“I understand your anger at those who haven’t gotten vaccinated.”

“We still have nearly 80 million Americans who have failed to get the shot… That 25% can cause a lot of damage. And they are.” “Your refusal has cost all of us.”

“Vaccines provide very strong protection from severe illness from COVID-19… The World’s leading scientists confirm that if you are fully vaccinated your risk of severe illness from COVID-19 is very low.” “We are going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers.”

“If these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my powers as president to get them out of the way.”

“…Economic growth unmatched in 40 years. We cannot let unvaccinated undo this progress.”

The statements above are very alarming. It is time to recognize the truth of the season. I don’t believe this is a passing blip of emergency government control needed to weather a “pandemic”; nor is this season bringing change only to the United States. It is a thrust for global conformity toward an anti-Christ economic, social, and government system.

But, do not worry. It can’t be avoided. It is a truth of Biblical prophecy. No political or physical war will change the trajectory of this agenda.

As citizens of heaven, it is vital that we recognize the season and align our hearts with the One True and Living God.

Our identification with Christ’s kingdom means our earthly lifestyle and life plan choices are getting narrower and narrower. There is a price to pay for the choices we make. If the choices compromise our intimacy with Christ and lead us to befriend the world system, there will be an eternal cost. If the choices draw us deeper into intimacy with Jesus and cause us to stand fast until the end, there will be an earthly cost. The cost none can calculate. However, we are free to choose the currency.

An anti-Christ system will provide and protect those subjects who comply with the mandates. Those who compromise will initially see their living conditions and circumstances improve. The system gives hope that, in the midst of the crisis, compliance means a bright and normal future. But those who don’t compromise Jesus will suffer the brunt of blame, cynicism, and persecution.

It may not be the vaccinations themselves that are part of the anti-Christ system mentioned in the Bible. But these forced vaccinations may be a significant step in conditioning the population of the world to depend upon the authority, control, protection, and provision of the anti-Christ system. The forced vaccination agenda is finding effectiveness through fear, manipulation, deception, isolation, and divisiveness with the hopeful promise to restore life back to normal.

We must recognize the season for what it is. It is not conspiracy. It is an agenda to destroy the presence of Christ on earth. This necessitates the villainizing, marginalizing, and ultimately destroying those who carry Christ’s presence, promote His kingdom values, and walk in His authority.

World events are forcing us to make decisions many of us have never faced before. A push toward forced vaccination is not the end. It is only one of many methods to come, forcing more decisions. The middle ground is disappearing. No one will get a pass on choosing.

I encourage you, every moment of every day, choose Jesus, choose intimacy with our loving and faithful God, choose to further His kingdom.

Elijah, the prophet of God to ancient Israel, once asked the people, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” (1 Kings 18:21).

The word falter in Hebrew means to “skip over, leap, pass over”. The decision can’t be avoided. It must be faced now. As for me, it is a privilege to make the choice to stand fast in the love of Jesus as citizens of His kingdom.

Choose to be awake, alert to His voice. Do not “sleep” in daily distractions, responsibilities, or entertainment only to discover that the compelling decision to follow Jesus, has passed, before compromise causes the lie to seem more real than the truth.

“But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” Luke 21:34
